Attorney Advertising

This website is Attorney Advertising. It is designed to provide general information and allow visitors to request contact from Dennis Injury Law.

Licensing notice

Dennis Injury Law is licensed to practice in [Alabama / Texas / Tennessee — confirm exact licensed jurisdictions before launch]. This website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Nationwide report search, limited legal practice

The free crash report search and the state request guides are offered as a public informational resource for all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Offering them does not mean Dennis Injury Law practices law, solicits clients, or holds itself out as available to represent clients in every state. Legal representation and case reviews are limited to the jurisdictions listed in the licensing notice above, and a matter arising elsewhere may be declined or referred to counsel licensed in that state. Requesting a report never requires a case review.

No attorney-client relationship

No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this website, submitting a form, or requesting a case review. An attorney-client relationship is only formed upon execution of a written engagement agreement.

No result guaranteed

Prior case results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Every matter depends on its own facts and applicable law. No statement on this website promises or guarantees an outcome.

Free report search — what “free” means

The crash report search offered on this website is free of charge. Dennis Injury Law charges nothing to receive and process a report search request, nothing to provide a copy of a report it obtains, and nothing if a search is unsuccessful. No payment information is collected anywhere on this website, and no fee, deposit, or invoice follows a request. The free search is not conditional on requesting a case review, signing an engagement agreement, or retaining the firm.

Because the firm relies on official sources, it cannot guarantee that any particular report can be located or released. A copy can be provided only if the report has been issued, is accessible to the firm, and the requester is legally entitled to receive it. An unsuccessful search still carries no cost.

No government affiliation

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency — including the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security, and every other state agency, department of motor vehicles, highway patrol, police department, sheriff’s office, or records vendor named anywhere on this site. Agency names and links are used only to identify where an official report can be requested. We provide guidance on requesting official crash reports as a free public resource.

Accuracy and external links

We aim to keep crash report guidance useful and current, but government processes, fees, timing, and links can change, and this site covers 51 separate jurisdictions. Fees and timing shown for a state are the figures published by that agency when we last recorded them, not a quotation, and some are marked on the page as unconfirmed. Always confirm details with the responsible agency before paying anything. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply control over or endorsement of third-party content.

Not a substitute for urgent help

This website is not an emergency service. Call 911 for an emergency. Time limits may apply to legal claims, and using this website does not pause or extend any deadline.

Privacy

Review the Privacy Policy for an explanation of information collected through the form and how it is used.

Launch review required: Bar counsel should approve the final copy, licensed-jurisdiction statement, attorney biography, published phone number, office details, and state advertising filings before publication.
